Description: offers linguistic functionality. Is to be used to access spell checker, hyphenator and thesaurus.

Exported Interfaces - Summary
XLinguServiceManager	(referenced entity's summary:) the basic interface to be used to access linguistic functionality.
XAvailableLocales	(referenced entity's summary:) retrieves the list of available languages.
